What is Stress?

Eliminate Stress

From a personal/subjective point of view it is a negative emotion/state (blocked/unbalanced energy) from which you perceive the situation you are in or thinking about, is beyond your resources

A friend told me the following, what do you think?

If you are doing something, Enjoy it

If you cannot enjoy it, avoid it

If you cannot avoid it, change it

If you cannot change it, change your viewpoint

You can easily do this through Training or Self Help

John used a simple method he learned on my Course to release frustration and anger around work issues, as a result he felt free to approach his manager to clarify these issues. (he had never done anything like this before as he felt it would have been detrimental to his career). He later informed me that all issues had been resolved in his favour

Fatigue and Overwork

You can get into a vicious circle of stress, which causes you to hurry jobs and do them badly. This under-performance causes feelings of frustration and failure, which causes more stress, which causes more hurry and less success, and so on.

If you do not manage long term stress effectively, it can lead to long term fatigue, failure and one of the forms of physical or mental ill-health.    Top
