Facts Your unconscious mind does not argue rather it obeys ideas, thoughts and instructions it accepts as true.

What if you are constantly feeding your unconscious the incorrect information with regards to your weight and how to lose it?

How do you do this? very simply you repeat and compound inner statements like "I cannot lose weight easily"; "Fat people are happier"; "I should never waste food", "I just can't stop picking"..

If your unconscious mind works from these inner statements and takes them as true, you will actually have created emotional barriers and it will be impossible for you to lose weight - no matter how many or how varied or high profile diets you follow.

Pat had just started a diet plan. The cravings for food never seemed to stop... We did a 20 minute session... Pat not only lost his craving for the food, he began to enjoy the "insipid" food suggested by his diet plan. (He also maintained his  weight loss)
