The Ahh Sound

Have you ever been in a tense situation and how it felt when you were given good news. That ahhh feeling of just releasing and flopping.
Though I have found it useful to vocalise the Ahh out loud, it can also be done in silence

Be in the feeling - Rate the Intesity

Focus on the feeling, with your eyes looking down

Breath in calmly, slowly, gently, into the pit of the stomach

Gently, Hold for count of 3

As you Exhale (just let the air escape - no force) look straight in front,   Ahhhh

Rotate your eyes anti-clockwise then clockwise (Making as wide a circle as possible)

Check the emotional intensity. Repeat until the emotion is flat or you feel more energy
