Have
you ever been in a tense situation and how it felt when you were given good news. That
ahhh feeling of just releasing and flopping. |
| Be in the feeling - Rate the Intesity | |
Focus on the feeling, with your eyes looking down | |
| Breath in calmly, slowly, gently, into the pit of the stomach | |
| Gently, Hold for count of 3 | |
| As you Exhale (just let the air escape - no force) look straight in front, Ahhhh | |
Rotate your eyes anti-clockwise then clockwise (Making as wide a circle as possible) |
| Check the emotional intensity. Repeat until the emotion is flat or you feel more energy |
